AssureNet, Inc. is a multidimensional software and analytics company established in 2007.  The company provides high fidelity sensory devices used to monitor and record fleet vehicle activities.  The collective data is run through proprietary algorithms to produce information-rich predictive analytics. Designed to address the needs of fleet automobile owners, AssureNet has attracted users within the private auto, livery, motor coach, trucking and specialty vehicle market.  The resulting analytical output is proven extremely valuable to the greater community of auto insurers to measure future risk and adjudicate accident claims. 

TCG provides Integrated CFO Solutions through accounting department oversight and strategic consulting.  The role includes the production of historic financial statements, tax compliance, assistance with strategic financial matters.

Advertising - Brand Management

BLKBOX provides Integrated CFO Solutions through routine oversight of the accounting department and strategic consulting services.  The role includes investor relationship management, financial statement compilation, implementing internal policies & procedures, vendor management, tax compliance, monthly review & sign-offs.

Augustin Plains Ranch LLC

Natural Resource - Infrastructure

APR is a proposed water reclamation and transport project designed to provide generations of clean drinking water to major communities in New Mexico’s Rio Grande Valley.  Located in the heart of the southwest of the United States, this opportunity is uniquely suited to address the growing drought crisis that has plagued this region of the country for years. Estimates predict roughly 50 million acre-feet of water available in an ancient underground aquifer. This eco-friendly, “green” project is designed to pump approximately 54,000 acre-feet of water to municipal users each year.  The plan incorporates a design to takes advantage of the ranch’s unique location at the foothills of a mountain range that will provide enhanced recharge and replenishment through rain fall and snow melt while leaving a zero carbon footprint.  The proposed project has made the CG-LA Infrastructure's Strategic Top 100 list for North American Infrastructure in 2014.

Private Equity - Investment Management

The fund is designed to provide investors the opportunity to participate in the budding luxury asset market of collectible vintage automobiles.  The fund's strategy is designed to focus on the most rarified and storied automobiles on the market, with a specific emphasis on the Ferrari marque.  The management and advisory team is comprised of the some of the most experienced, well-known names in the classic car world, including a world-renown Ferrari historian and a 5-time Le Mans 24-hour champion. The fund provides investors with an opportunity for success through appreciation relative to the greater collectible automobile market.

TCG provides Integrated CFO Solutions to assist in the successful launch of the fund and provide the ongoing accounting maintenance and oversight.  The role includes developing the structural design, budget/forecasting, production of marketing materials, investor relations, manage third party service provider relationships and review the governing documents of the fund.
